Arbor Claus Makes His Rounds in Oklahoma City!

OKC Beautiful and Southern Tree Preservation partner with Arbor Claus to present trees to citizens in Oklahoma City.

Santa would like to deliver trees to citizens in OKC, but the trees won’t fit in his sleigh! So, Santa has enlisted the help of his cousin, Arbor Claus. Santa tailored a special green suit for Arbor Claus to wear each Saturday in the month of December! Arbor Claus has a special list of ten deserving citizens that he will visit, two homes each Saturday.

The citizens were chosen based on their community involvement and leadership in their neighborhood.

Lisa Synar, OKC Beautiful Executive Director, said “We wanted to recognize some great citizens in Oklahoma City who go above and beyond for their neighborhood and their city. Arbor Claus has been a joy to work with and we hope that we can continue this tradition for years to come.”

Arbor Claus said, “Santa’s a busy man and just can’t haul these trees on his sleigh, so Arbor Claus is here to deliver lasting beauty to deserving OKC citizens!”
